Dr. Bill Greer, President
Milligan College
William B. Greer (Bill) was named the 15th president of Milligan College on March 18, 2011. He assumed office on July 15, 2011, following the retirement of Dr. Donald R. Jeanes.
Bill most recently served as vice president for institutional advancement at Milligan. He also teaches occasionally as the J. Henry Kegley Professor of Economics and Business. Previously, Greer served for 12 years as a member of the college’s faculty and was the chair of the business area for many years.
He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, an MBA from East Tennessee State University, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Milligan.
Kacie Finn, Attorney
Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz
Kacie Flinn is an attorney at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz. She is a member of Baker Donelson’s Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Group. She has a broad range of experience in the corporate arena, including assisting corporate entities in various state tax matters, representing companies in a stock purchase and asset purchase transactions,
coordinating state securities filings for client security offerings, and drafting confidential treatment requests on behalf of business corporations for filings with the SEC. Ms. Flinn’s experience extends to the contracts side of corporate matters as well, such as business entity formation, and drafting and reviewing corporate formation documents, employment and independent contractor agreements, noncompetition agreements, confidentiality agreements and general business contracts. Ms. Flinn is also a member of the Baker Donelson Solar Team, concentrating her practice on turning ideas in renewable energy into viable business and work with investors to fund and leverage early and mid-stage solar companies.
